Win a Year of Chicken Official Rules

Effective date: July 25, 2026

These Official Rules govern the Lakewatcher Farms “Win a Year of Chicken” Giveaway (the “Giveaway”). By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding to the extent permitted by law.

1. Sponsor

The Giveaway is sponsored by Lakewatchers Limited Liability Co., doing business as Lakewatcher Farms (“Sponsor”), 1400 Oakhill School Road, Smiths Grove, Kentucky 42171. Questions may be submitted through the Lakewatcher Farms contact page or by email to info@lakewatcherfarms.com.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on July 25, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on August 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device. Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period are not eligible.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of Kentucky who:

• are at least 18 years old at the time of entry;
• have a primary residential delivery address within Sponsor’s qualifying Lexington-area delivery territory; and
• reside in one of the qualifying ZIP codes listed below.

Lexington ZIP codes: 40502, 40503, 40504, 40505, 40507, 40508, 40509, 40510, 40511, 40513, 40514, 40515, 40516 and 40517.

Surrounding-area ZIP codes: 40324, 40339, 40347, 40356, 40361, 40383, 40390 and 40391.

A qualifying ZIP code does not guarantee that every address in that ZIP code is within the delivery territory. Sponsor will verify the potential winner’s complete residential address before awarding the Grand Prize.

Owners, officers, employees and contractors of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible. “Immediate family” means a spouse, parent, child, sibling and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they live. Eligibility is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

4. How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period, visit lakewatcherfarms.com/win-a-year-of-chicken, complete all required fields on the entry form, confirm eligibility and acceptance of these Official Rules, and submit the form.

Limit one entry per person and one entry per email address during the Giveaway Period. Additional entries received from the same person or email address will be void. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, automated process or other means that subvert the entry process are prohibited. Incomplete, inaccurate, late or otherwise noncompliant entries may be disqualified.

No purchase, payment information or Lakewatcher Farms store account is required to enter. A purchase will not improve an entrant’s odds of winning.

5. $30 Entrant Credit

Each eligible entrant will receive one $30 Lakewatcher Farms promotional order credit by email. The credit applies toward a qualifying Lakewatcher Farms delivery order of $120 or more and is subject to the redemption instructions, availability, delivery requirements and expiration information provided in the email. The credit has no cash value, is not transferable, and does not provide an additional Giveaway entry or improve the entrant’s odds of winning. Sponsor may deny or revoke a credit associated with an ineligible, duplicate, fraudulent or otherwise noncompliant entry.

6. Grand Prize

One verified winner will receive 12 monthly Lakewatcher Farms Premium Cuts Farmer’s Choice Boxes, with each box having an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $175, for a total Grand Prize ARV of $2,100. Delivery to the winner’s verified qualifying residential address is included.

Each box will contain a Sponsor-selected assortment of premium, dinner-ready chicken cuts. The assortment may include breasts, thighs, drumsticks, wings, whole chickens, ground chicken and other premium cuts. Products, package sizes, weights, delivery dates and assortment will vary based on availability while meeting the stated approximate monthly value.

Prize fulfillment is anticipated to begin within a reasonable period after winner verification and continue approximately monthly for 12 deliveries. The winner must maintain an eligible delivery address throughout fulfillment. The Grand Prize is nontransferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize or component of equal or greater value if the advertised prize or a component becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for any federal, state or local taxes and any expenses not expressly stated in these Official Rules.

7. Random Drawing and Odds

On or about September 3, 2026, Sponsor will select one potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification and Verification

Sponsor will contact the potential winner using the email address submitted with the entry. The potential winner must respond within five calendar days after the notification is sent and may be required to provide proof of age, identity, residence and delivery eligibility, and to sign an eligibility declaration, liability release and publicity release where lawful.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond by the stated deadline, is found ineligible, fails to provide requested documentation, declines the prize or otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner will forfeit the prize and Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. The potential winner is not the winner until Sponsor completes verification.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the Grand Prize grants Sponsor permission to use the winner’s name, city, state, likeness, photograph, voice and statements about the Giveaway for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, notice or approval.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner, attempts to obtain entries or credits through fraud or deception, or violates these Official Rules. If fraud, technical failure, human error or another event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affects the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway, Sponsor may suspend, modify or terminate the Giveaway and, if feasible, award the Grand Prize in a random drawing from eligible entries received before the affected action.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, advertising partners and prize suppliers from claims, damages, losses or injuries arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected or undeliverable entries or communications; network, server, website, email or other technical failures; unauthorized human intervention; or errors in these Official Rules or other Giveaway materials. Nothing in these Official Rules limits liability or rights that cannot legally be limited or waived.

12. Privacy and Email

Information submitted will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, deliver the entrant credit and Grand Prize, and communicate with entrants. Entrants who consent to receive Lakewatcher Farms marketing emails may unsubscribe at any time without affecting an otherwise valid Giveaway entry.

13. Disputes and Governing Law

These Official Rules and the Giveaway are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent permitted by law, any dispute arising from the Giveaway will be resolved individually, without resort to a class action, in a state or federal court located in or serving Warren County, Kentucky.

14. Winner Information

To request the winner’s first name, last initial, city and state after the winner has been verified, email info@lakewatcherfarms.com with the subject line “Win a Year of Chicken Winner Request” by December 31, 2026.

15. Platform Disclaimer

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, Mailchimp or any other third-party platform used to promote or administer the Giveaway. Entrants release those third parties from responsibility relating to the Giveaway.
